Lula: Flavio Bolsonaro represents uncertainty for country
Brazil's presidential race is headed for a run-off at the end of the month. Incumbent Lula da Silva was predicted to win the first round, but Flavio Bolsonaro got more votes, but not enough for an outright majority.
