Isaias moves north into Appalachians and mid-Atlantic
As people in the Florida Panhandle and Alabama cleaned up in the wake of Hurricane Isaias, the storm’s remnants brought heavy rainfall and reported tornadoes across the Southeast. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.
