Renewal & cancelling
In plain words. If something here is unclear, that is our bug - tell us.
- Card plans renew automatically every month at the price shown, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in Account → Cancel plan. It takes a couple of taps, works on your phone, and needs no email or phone call. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Crypto and PayPal payments are one-time. They never renew by themselves and we never charge you again.
- Manny's Pro Week is free: no card, no sign-up for a paid plan, and it ends by itself and returns you to Free. Nothing is charged afterwards.
- When any paid time ends you return to Free automatically. Nothing is deleted.

US dollars. Founding-price locks (see Pricing) keep your monthly price for 12 months while your plan stays continuous.

Bunch by card: $0.55 billed every month. It renews automatically on the same date, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Account → Cancel plan (a couple of taps; no email or phone call needed). After you cancel you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Crate by card: $1.99 billed every month. It renews automatically on the same date, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Account → Cancel plan (a couple of taps; no email or phone call needed). After you cancel you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Banana Tree by card: $4.99 billed every month. It renews automatically on the same date, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Account → Cancel plan (a couple of taps; no email or phone call needed). After you cancel you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Crypto and PayPal (one-time)
Crypto and PayPal payments are one-time: they buy 30 days and never renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel and we never charge you again.
How to cancel
- Sign in and open Account.
- Tap Cancel plan, then tap the red Cancel my plan button. No call, no email, no chat, no survey.
- You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that you are on Free, and nothing is deleted.
