National Hurricane Center tracking system forming in Gulf of Mexico
The National Hurricane Center on Sunday continued to track a system forming in the Gulf of Mexico that could develop into the season’s next tropical depression or storm. As of the center’s 8 a.m. tropical outlook, the broad area of low pressure was forecast to form in a few days.
